Inclusion Lead Training

Description

This course is aimed to support the Inclusion Lead to confidently fulfil the duties within their role. The course will identify processes used within Caerphilly Early Years and how to best support children in their setting with additional needs.

Outcomes

The course will cover modules on:

• Person Centred Practice
• Principles of the ALNET act and our responsibilities within the code
• How to create SMART targets for children that have additional needs
• Strategies and interventions to support progression
• How to facilitate transition meetings in and out of settings
• How to support parents throughout their ALN journey
