Every term you will receive an email and alert in your account instructing you to check and confirm your circumstances. If there are changes, such as a new job or address, you must provide updated evidence for funding to continue. If you confirm that your circumstances remain the same, you must also confirm this.
You have 4 weeks to respond to these eligibility checks. If you do not respond, your application will enter a Temporary Exception Period (TEP) for 8 weeks, during which time you will receive ongoing reminders to respond. If there is still no response, Childcare Offer funding will end at the end of the exemption period.
If you confirm that your circumstances remain the same following re-eligibility checks, your application may be subject to a 20% spot check. This is a random sample. If selected, you will receive an email and alert to your account instructing you upload full evidence.

If you do not respond, your application will enter a Temporary Exception Period (TEP) for 8 weeks, during which time you will receive ongoing reminders to respond. If there is still no response, Childcare Offer funding will end at the conclusion of the exemption period.
